Elder Artists & Institutional Legacy is a short web report on three older New York artists and their struggles to pass the torch to the next generation. It features Jeanne Fleming of the Village Halloween Parade, Crystal Field of Theater for the New City, and Glen Heroy of the Coney Island Clown Skool. All interviews were shot in Fall 2024. This piece is part of the web series Christine Stoddard’s New York, created and hosted by on-air personality, journalist, and filmmaker Christine Stoddard. Stoddard launched the series during her first semester at the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
